This record shows the state of a process, the infinite, minute mutations and deviations of a single algorithm. This abstract machine drives the transformation of data structures that would otherwise be interpreted as simple noise into complex meaning forms, growing with its own individual temper. The flow is shaped by listening, live coding and improvisation, and unfolds as pure sonic materiality, evolving into an experimental ambient and post-techno sound experience.

\unexCoder is a composer and computer artist based in Argentina. In his work he merges algorithmic thinking with improvisation and live coding.

He initiates in mid 10s as an experimental audiovisual electronic performer working with both hardware and code. His self-titled debut album brings a bunch of electronic songs with a unique, bright and luminous nihilistic synthetic style.

The following album, Rem is a fully algorithmic work entirely developed with C++ and shared as open source code.

His latest release, (micron) drift, is a collection of algorithmic pieces that deeply explore abstract mathematical imaginaries deployed as pure sonic materiality, and evolving into an experimental ambient and post-techno sound experience.

This work is a sequel of _hypercubx, an audiovisual work developed during 2024 and performed in Argentina, Spain, France, Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Czech Republic.
