Pursuant to § 7, Para. 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider we are responsible under general law for our own contents on this website. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG we as a service provider are neither obligated to monitor external transmitted or stored information nor to research circumstances that are pointing to illegal activities. Obligations for deleting or blocking the use of information according to the general law remain unaffected. A liability referring to this is not possible until the moment of the awareness of a specific infringement. Immediately after the awareness of an infringement, respective contents are being removed.
Liability for links

The mechanical reproduction rights (DRM) for any downloads and streamings are administered directly by the platforms to which we redirect our visitors (Ditto, Wiseband, Apple Music, Deezer, Amazon Music, Spotify, etc).
