These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “GTCS”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the seller with non-professional buyers (hereinafter referred to as “the customer”) wishing to acquire the products offered for sale (hereinafter referred to as “the products”) by the seller on the https://elektramusic.eu/ website.

The products offered for sale on the site are the following : 

• A paying offer of definitive download of musical recordings of titles or albums in MP3 320 Kbit/s quality or any other possible qualities and/or formats. 
• Services provision (sound recordings, audiovisual recordings, advice to companies, training  activities).

The main characteristics of the products are presented on the product page of the store of the site https://elektramusic.eu/. The customer is required to read them before ordering. 

Elektramusic reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, in order to comply with any new regulation or in order to improve the use of its website. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer. The GTCS are accessible at any time on the site https://elektramusic.eu/. 

Article 2 – Conditions of use of the offer

All files and previews offered via the https://elektramusic.eu/ website are protected by copyright. Each customer who has purchased titles or albums via the download offer is deemed to have downloaded and saved the said recordings on their personal computer. Elektramusic can in no way be held responsible for any loss of files downloaded via its site.

Article 3 – Prices 

The products are supplied at the prices in force on the site https://elektramusic.eu/ at the time the customer’s order is registered. The prices are expressed in Euros. 

The prices take into account any discounts that may be granted by the seller.

Elektramusic reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, being understood however that the price appearing in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer. 

Article 4 – Ordering of musical works

The shopping cart is provided in the Elektramusic shop (tab “SHOP”) by our partner WISEBAND. Before ordering, the buyer must create an account on the website https://www.wiseband.com/. This shopping cart will allow you to pay, track your order and download your files immediately after payment. You will also receive an email with the download links.

The email address and password you provide will be used to come back to download your tracks later and as many times as you wish from the “my tracks” page of your account.

Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose than to confirm or to send you news from Elektramusic, only if you tick the box for that purpose.

Article 5 – Payment methods

Payment is made by credit card or any other means accepted by the payment providers.

The customer pays for his orders by communicating his bank details to our partners. The transaction is secure thanks to the secure online payment system of the service providers, which ensures that the transaction is carried out according to the security standards of the banking sector.

The customer’s banking information (card number, account reference) is neither communicated to Elektramusic nor kept by Elektramusic.

Article 6 – Customer obligations 

The customer declares on his honour to be of age and to have full legal capacity to place an order on the site. 

The customer declares that he accepts the present GTC. 

The customer expressly commits to respecting the conditions of use, not to undermine or attempt to undermine the protection of the files and to respect the legislation in force relating to intellectual property rights.
