Symbols and Visions – Szymon Golec

The thing that all of them somehow have in common is the symbolic nature, that is reflected in different ways and by different means through the album. Szymon Golec Szymon Golec (born 2002 in Cracow, Poland) is a composer, experimental music producer, instrumentalist and vocalist. His main musical goal is to create his own, intimate sound worlds. He draws inspiration from visual arts and symbols. His interests include sound design, electroacoustic, acousmatic and improvised music. A laureate of music competitions from an early age. In 2018 Golec won honorable mention in the UFM national composers competition in Warsaw for the piece „Jewish Spirit” (flute and piano) and I Prize in the composers competition „In the footsteps of Impressionists” in Cracow...
